"I was a little nervous about paying…"
I was a little nervous about paying at first, especially because I’ve had sketchy experiences on other sites before. But dhgate kept the payment secure and the seller didn’t get the money until I confirmed everything, which made me feel a lot better. I also checked my card after and there were no weird charges, so overall it went smoothly

My DHgate order actually showed up sooner than I thought it would. I got the receipt and shipping emails after ordering, and the tracking was easy enough to follow the whole time. I was kind of expecting it to sit around for days, but it kept moving and arrived without any issues. I know shipping probably depends on the seller, but my experience this time was really smooth.

"Good packaging, but I’m still a little mixed"
My DHgate order showed up in really good shape, better than I expected. The box wasn’t crushed or anything, and everything inside was wrapped well, so nothing got damaged. I was kind of nervous since it came from so far away, and part of me still feels like the packaging was basic, but at the same time it clearly did the job. Simple, secure, and overall I’m happy with it, even if I was expecting it to look a little more sturdy.

"Good prices, but the wait is on them"
The prices are way better than a lot of other places, so I’ll give them that. The quality was actually better than I expected too. But some of the stuff took way too long to show up, and that’s definitely on them. I wouldn’t be as annoyed if they were clearer about the delays. Still, for what I paid, it ended up being a good deal overall.

I had an issue with my order, so I opened a dispute with DHgate.com. It wasn’t nothing super quick, but they did look over the details and handled it fairly. In the end I got my refund, so I can’t say I’m not satisfied with how it turned out.

I ordered a couple of things from DHgate and, not gonna lie, I wasn’t expecting too much at first, but they actually turned out really nice. The quality was way better than I had in my head for the price, like the stitching looked clean and the material didn’t feel cheap or weird. Also no strange smell when I opened the package, which is always a relief. Shipping did take a little while, but I kind of expected that, and once the items got here I was happy with them. Overall I was pleasantly surprised and yeah, I’d probably order again

Had a problem with my order and I was getting impatient waiting to see if I’d actually get my money back. I opened the refund request, sent over the info they asked for, and then had to wait a few days, which felt longer than it probably was. But in the end, the refund came through with no hassle or big drama. Better than I expected, so I’m happy with it. 5 stars from me.

I’ve ordered from DHgate a few times now, i kind of regret not giving it a shot earlier. The delivery has been consistent for me. Most of my orders showed up around the estimated date, and a couple even arrived a little early. The tracking wasn’t always updated perfectly every day, but it gave me enough info to know my package was still moving. One order did take longer than expected, which had me a bit worried, but it arrived fine and was packed okay. For the price and how far the items are coming from, I’m happy with the experience overall

"Better fit than I expected"
So... I ordered a jacket from DHgate and was a little nervous about the sizing. I checked the size chart and decided to go one size up, which ended up being the right call. It fit almost perfectly, just the sleeves were a tiny bit long, but nothing that really bothered me. Shipping did take a while, but overall the sizing turned out way better than I expected.
